  18. Occasionally, I see the message "TRANSMISSION BLOCKED" when using K95 over
  19. a serial connection at 28.8
  20. Or at least on a 28.8 modem.  I very rarely connect at 26400, usually at
  21. 24000, sometimes at 21600.
  22. Because of these connect rates, and the fact that I live about 12 miles
  23. from the C.O., I suspect that the message has something to do with modem
  24. retries.  True?  And what is it doing when it counts down?
  25. Sometimes, at the end of the countdown, I see queued characters go by,
  26. sometimes I get disconnected.
  27. I also see this message when I am using the Kermit-mouse to cut and paste
  28. some text, but I figured that was okay.
